Refund Policy

We want every purchase on Dr. Sharon's Math Platform to be clear and fair. Here is how refunds work.

Solutions and full worked solutions

Individual solutions, full worked solutions from the Socratic AI Math Tutor, and course passes are digital content that is delivered immediately. These purchases are final once the content has been unlocked. When you buy, you agree that delivery starts right away.

Monthly subscriptions

Cancel anytime from My Account → Manage / cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
We do not give refunds for partial months or for unused time.
Changed your mind? You can undo a cancellation before the month ends from the same page.
Upgrading charges only the price difference for the rest of the month; downgrading gives you a credit toward your next payment.

Tutoring sessions

24 hours or more before the session: cancel online from your booking page for an automatic full refund.
Less than 24 hours before: message Dr. Sharon from your booking page. Rescheduling or a refund is at her discretion (for example, for illness or emergencies).
If Dr. Sharon cancels: you always receive a full refund.
Missed sessions: if you do not join within 15 minutes of the start, the session may be treated as missed without a refund.

Billing problems

If you were charged twice, charged by mistake, or could not access something you paid for because of a problem on our side, email contact@syvaralearning.com within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you in full. We also consider other requests case by case.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
